Anyone local to the NYC area with a portable oscilloscope?

After days of testing and swapping parts and still coming up with nothing, my final choice here is to use a o-scope and see what the signal from the CPS is looking like going to the ECU. So if anyone local has a scope i can borrow, it would help!
