Hi all!

Im having some problems with my headers. I changed the starter, installing a mini-starter, and had to take of the headers to get to it.
When I put the headers back on I just cant get rid of the free-exsos. Its like its not thight enough? Anyone else had this problem?

Another thing is that the car is harder to start after installing the ministarter..
Its like the starter isnt getting enough power from the battery?

Gratefull for any help or tips!  :)

Check where the starter gear hits on the fly wheel.  It may need some shime.

Make sure you have a good ground for your starter problem.

Chryco Psycho

is the header hitting against the starter ?

Reidar

Thanks for your help! :)

Robert, what does the word "shime" mean?

Will check the grounding later today!

The header isnt hitting against the starter, but good tip Chryco!

Ghoste

I think it's a typo.  He meant shims.
