WOW, That article is about ME & MY charger I didn't know that article existed, YOU should have a credit Khyron, for your GREAT Charger.

The guy who wrote that article sure put a few words in my mouth and created his own facts, My ex totaled the car and I was the LAST owner, i couldn't sell it the way it was, no one would have bought it like they would these days. the dealership i heard, parted it out for the   engine tranny, drivetrain, & wheels. I also kept the R/T badges but even though they are here someplace, i haven't located them in my huge collection of 35 years.

I don`t remember the F&F Chargers having black square side mirrors.

model maker

I  found those in the trunk & added those back on tempoarily  because I had to tow a car carrier trailer behind it Also i needed to cover the holes in the doors to prevent rusting out. Later I took them off & replaced them with Mopar mirrors from the dodge dealer. I hated the look of those black monstrities. the guy from our studio who picked the car up for me asked some questions he had and some i had asked him to ask & wrote those down so he wouldn't forget. he was told the charger was also used as a camera car with the camera mounts in the trunk with trunk deck removed and a trailer hitch mounted platform to film the other charger running full speed through the walnut groves coming up from behind to my chargers camera.

Bert,

My name's Kevin Shaw, I'm the Editor of Street Legal TV. Let me know what facts we got wrong and I'll fix the article myself. I know Roger pulled a lot of the quotes from the original thread on this car, so that's where he got most of his info. I don't like being misquoted as much as the next guy, so let me know point-by-point what you'd like corrected and I'll get those done ASAP.

You can email me at kshaw@powertvmedia.com.

Sincerely,
-Kevin

I agree Khyron both you & your car should have been mentioned in the story. I sent the entire correct story to the editor named kevin a month ago but I have not heard back from him.

You tell em KHYRON   LOL, This is great news and for what I saw on their website, they have some great looking cars/ One thing I would like to see is having the "scale size" of each model pictured so you will know how big it is. KHYRON, I still have the long CB antennae that  my charger had on it towards the end of the movie and I know that I still have both the " R/T emblems from the front headlight door ( yes it was still fastened and actually stuck onto the door with very little scratches on it ) and the R/T emblem from the rear of my Charger. I also kept both "CHARGER" emblems from both sides of the roof sail sections. I just need to locate them in the place that i told myself was the safest place to keep them so they would be easy to find ! I put them away pretty good & they are safe BUT JUST EXACTLY WHERE i don't know/ it is one of those things that will just appear when looking for something else. this announcement of the release of a diecast DMCL car is OUTSTANDING !1   :popcrn: also KHYRON, i really like your car YOU DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON IT & you should be PROUD !!!!   Oh how i want my movie charger back, you have no idea how I regret parting with it the way I did.

I sure hope they don't model the car according to that picture they are showing because that is a 68 not a 69. i wonder if there is any way to contact them to find out ?
