Who makes the nicest pedal pads and cable pull handles ?

I've stumbled across some before but as I wasn't originally planning on replacing mine I didn't take notes of where I found them. Those of you whom have bought repro rubber pedal pads who makes the nicest?

I've also seen pull cables and handles somewhere, I'm after the parking brake handle and the drivers side fresh air vent handle.
