Drinking and Driving, my personal story

I would like to share an experience with you all about drinking and driving. As you well know, good-natured people like us have been known to have had brushes with the authorities on our way home from the occasional social session over the years.

A couple of nights ago, I was out for a few drinks with some friends and had a few too many beers. Knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something I've never done before - I took a bus home.

I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise, as I have never driven a bus before and am not sure where I got this one.

I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

Took it from where? Did the bus driver know you were taking it? Lucky you didn't get pulled over for drinking and driving a bus!  :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

That would be a cool idea if we had that choice . . . . No busses around my area.  Small town and no taxi's either.  I usually try to stay close to home when on a binge.
Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

Have you considered a horse?  ;D

consider a horse in Utah! that's a big no no. a guy about this time last year did and was stoped at the gas station getting more beer. I cant remember if the charges stuck but they were hitting him with DUI, Public Intox, Animal endangerment and cruelty to animals. Why you ask you would naturally think the animal has control but the law states that over all you have control in what the animal duz. Hence the DUI, and with it being a dark street and a a busy freeway next to him he was placing the animal at an undo risk. the Cruelty to animals charge in Utah is now a felony as of a few years ago. which I think is a good thing but there are multiple times that I have read about people getting the charge for the stupidest things.
Restoring a charger is like a saying I heard along time ago "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it".... Jesus I wish I could remember who said that...

There is probably less penalty for stealing a bus than DUI these days. 1st offense would probably get you probation.
