Looking around ad ads and what has sold, thinking 10-14k range. Thought I would throw this out here, figure lots of you been in same situation ahave bought and restored these cars, so what ya think? I know buy complete alwasy cheaper but the fun is working on them right.
Here are specifics:
WS23U Car matching numbers, car sat for very very very long time - 2 fender tag optioned car.
Was parked when oil pan caught a large rock, engine is siezed looks like.
Engine all orignal nothing been changed, tranny is auto all there., Rear is D56 rear code.
Body is in good condition, some small dents, paint is all oxidized and lil surface rust, needs re-paint of course.
Frames, fllow, trunk all look solid and good. 7" section along back window need replaced (how many times we heard that about these old cars!)
Interior in really good shape, dash pad has cracks but other than that looks solid.
I am planning to disasemble completely, blast it get it straight and re-paint re-assmeble. Oh yeah rebuild motor of course.

So you think this good range? Or you guys found ones for less in simliar condition.

With the economy where it's at right now, gee....I wouldn't have a clue how to price your toy. '71 R/T's are very hard to come buy. too bad about the siezed engine. tell ya what, i'll find a nice spot in my garage to store it....until you find a buyer of course!  :D
