If the card board part is the sail panel on my 73 Chrgr, what is the plastic piece that goes over it called? :popcrn:

I believe its called a sail panel cover. The card board part is for sound/insulation, at least that my understanding on non SEs. On SEs there is a cardboard piece that is covered with materials similar to the headliner, I think is called windlase.
