Part Number for 74 Small Block Postive Battery Cable..

anyone happen to know it ?

It's that long one that goes to the fire wall with two cables to the starter relay,
and also Y's off the starter. 

Noting at all close to it at the local parts store cable selection.

Roseville was nice, helpful, and fast shipping.

And for sure, both on the phone and email, told me 3764166 was what I needed for my 74 small block, B body.

Well, unless my washer resovoir really is a starter relay,
It sure as heck is not.

Nowhere close to reaching my firewall relay and not the molding on the ends, etc.

Even if they offer my money back, (and I would not if I were them, I opened it, got it greasy trying to fit it, etc. before verifying how wrong it was),
that is not the point.

Some of us work 80 hours a week, are gone a lot for work, etc.
Spending a couple of hours working on something when you got sent the wrong part, when you have very few free hours to work on stuff, is a huge kick in the gut. 

Basically, I was away, ordered the part, got home a week later, had the time to install,
and while trying to figure out why it does not fit, realize it is completely not even close to being the right part.

Anyways, just venting on what a crappy thing wrong parts can be when you know it will be another two or three weeks before you have a day off again or time off in daylight to do it.
