alternator pulley replacement

  I know you need a puller to get the pulley off, but how do you get the new one on without damaging the  alternator ??

remove the rear case & Press on the shaft in the armature

You can heat the pulley, press it on and allow it to cool. I have done a heap of them like that with no issues.
