I just ordered all my goodies from 440 Source today.  I got their Stealth Heads.  What should I have my machine shop look for, check out, when they come in?? I ordered their Platinum series pistons and Hbeam connecting rods.  Is there anything special they need to do or check out? :scratchchin:

You might try checking this out. http://forums.moparmusclemagazine.com/70/8232943/general-performance-discussion/440-source-stealth-heads/index.html It may have some information you could use.

In addition, check the valves and seats in the heads for concentricity, and the head surfaces for flatness.

I would install 10 degree locks & retainers , make sure they are flat & the guides have proper clearance & the seats are concentric as suggested
also clearance the rod brgs for the wider chamfer on the crank , confirm brg clearances just std stuff done when building an engine

I recently changed my Eddy heads for a set of MCH ported Stealths. My 3/8" push rods hit the Stealth heads even though they had cleared the Eddy's. Changed the 1.6 rockers for 1.5 and the push rods still hit the heads. So check push rod clearance before bolting the heads down, you will probably have to do some grinding.
