A lot went wrong in this story. A phony woman who is also a phony plastic surgeon has been charged with practicing medicine without a license after injecting patients with all sorts of weird stuff like Fix-a-Flat, cement, etc. Apparently he/she injected a bunch of stuff into his/her own butt too by the looks of the mug shots.
