69 rear quarter window problems-HELP

No luck. Started this am and quit @ about 3:30. Got it so if I help it it will go but not right. I thought the wiring would be a big problem,that's a cake walk compared to this. It's kicking my a$$. A friend of mine has a Bee and offered to go there and bring my stuff with and compare,install my stuff if we had to. My inside body panel looks ok,put a straight edge acrost it every which way and seemed ok. I tried putting a rachet strap on the bottom (from side to side) to"pull" it out a little and no help there either. I'm going to get an asprin or 20.
