You can increase just about any car by one size so .... yes, you can.  By the way, this site is for older Chargers, not the new cars they call a Charger.

any car can be "plus sized"  your local tire shop can show you the possibilities and also on the web at
discounttire.com
tirerack.com
they will show you "plus size" packages, just use the tire info that you need
