I hate leaving the Daytona out.  The trunk leaks so bad.  Monster mopar, Indy. and shows that I have to spend the night in a hotel are the only times it gets left out.  I need to invest in a car cover for it.

At the risk of asking a stupid question, Why don't you just change the trunk seal?

I have!!! still leaks!
Could be the chrome trim if you have any.  I went thru 2 seals on my 71 and could never seal the leak. It wasn't until I stripped the car that I realized that It was coming from the chrome trim piece that goes across  the back for the vinyl top.

Could it be the rear window or the area where the wing is mounted. Around the tail lights Perhaps? Just some random thoughts (without Jack Handy). ;D
