Where should I mount my eletric Vacuum pump???

I have my brake booster vacuum pump currently mounter inside the driver side wheel well on the fire wall and I get enough vibration that its starting to bother me. I'd like to mount it to the frame rail but its boxed and I don't know how I can fasten it.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I mounted mine under the passenger horn to the left of the rad,ran the hose just on top of the rad and rad support,the sound and vibration are ok,i shut it off if im sitting. Switch near vent handle.
