My brother-in-law lost his long time girlfriend in a car accadent last night. Fortunately for her it was very quick. I wish I had the words for Hunter right now. Life is far too short, make piece with those you have made war with and love on your kids. You just never know when they(or you) will be gone.

Chris was only 30.

Oh man, I'm so saddened to read this. :'(. RIP Chris and may God hold you in his love. Hunter has people like you to see him through this. Everything you said are words of gold. Hunter  :pity:

Yeah  we all get caught up in the daily stress of life and forget how fast a loved one can be taken away. My friends car died on the side of the street. He and his wife were close to home so they started walking home. He said let me make sure the doors are locked. He checked them and was jogging back to her, she was walking, and just walked into the road.  She was killed instantly in front of him. They have 5 kids.
You never know?  Sorry for the lost.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

he listened to my cry for help."  (Psalm 40)

I am sorry to hear of this great loss.  Lean heavy on the Lord.  Soemtimes you don't need the right words, but just to be there for the person/people who are hurting.

Thanks to all. This sight is amazing. I'm not exactly new here but by no means am I a "major" member. You know how to make a "newbe" feel at home.

Once again thanks to all for the kind words.

That's terrible... my condolences to Chris's family and your brother in law.  Best thing you can do is to be there for them during this time of loss.
