I have a 68 Charger. I had to pull the gages...putting it back together I noticed behind the gas and oil gage there were number of round torpedo like studs coming out of the back. Looks like a harness connects to them. Mine are broke off. How screwed am I?

You can buy a new circuit board and you should be good. or send it to someone who can reattach the pins? charger specialties sells new boards with the voltage regulator built in or premium dash decals sells original ones.

This thread may help you out in fixing your current circuit board: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,79594.0.html

Looks like a few 4-40 machine screws, some solder, and some finesse is all it will take to do it on the cheap.
