There's a Charger in that video? Looked like a 4-door to me. I figured it was a new St. Regis.

They're really both the same car...right? Different shaped body with essentially the same structure and driveline. Like a Pontiac Vibe vs a Toyota Matrix.

The Challenger is the LC platform, which is a shortened version of the other car's LX platform.

It is ironic that the real Charger's biggest claim to fame was as a getaway car (e.g., The Dukes of Hazzard; Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry; Bullitt), and the new "Chargers" are commonly used as cop cars (which places them in great company among such "exciting" models as Caprice, Crown Victoria, St. Regis, Diplomat, Monaco, etc.)

Unlike the Toyota or Pontiac,...those 2 Dodges will need new rear 3rd members after those burnouts :nana:

I thought it was a cool video, two big V-8 cars doing burn outs! I don't know, i'm young, I haven't gotten cynical yet.

Just pause the video at 00:37 the profile of the Charger is just fantastic!
