How does one decypher the codes near the valve stem on stock rims for build date?   Thanka, Mike

My Chrysler Interchange book says:

"For pre-1970: Chrysler wheels are stamped with the wheel diameter and width near the valve stem.
Also stamped near the vavle stem is the manufacture and build date.  a typical code will look like this: 14 M39 11 09 69, which translates to Motor Wheel built in Novemember 9, 1969.
For 1970 and up, the wheel part number (casting) is stamped into the rim near the valve stem."

Attached is a wheel I have with an ID code
