twin turbo 318 charger?

I've been looking for a twin Turbo kit and I can get one on eBay for around $1000 but I was needing to know what all else would need to be done.. like rebuilt internals or custom Fab. Thanks alot

Forged bottom end, inter cooler, boost gauge, special headers or exhaust manifolds, piping to move air from turbo to carb. Oil cooling lines for turbo and drill holes in pan to pull get the oil and another to dump it back in.
Must be a low compression engine, 9 or 9.5 max.

There is a great article on what you need to do on Prochargers website, it deals with both turbo and superchargers.
