One of them does. Looks to me like the big one does not include the gun or the work clamp and cable.

What did they charge you for shipping? If the shipping isn't too much I can probably get one but it's going to be close.

Well turns out to be bogus, I tried to order a 220 welder early this morning.  My confirmation email said my order total was over 1300 although throughout the ordering process it showed the 395.  I had to cancel that quick before my wife beat my ass
