Oil pan and crank question

I have a Moroso 8 qt oil pan on my 360, I believe it is a Moroso 20730. I pulled it to replace the gasket. Looking the pan over the bolt holes are dimpled up, can they be flattened back out or should I just get a new pan?

While it is off, is there a way to tell if the crank is stock or stroked?

just tap the pan rail flat again , no need to buy a new pan
you can look for casting numbers on the crank or try to measure Cl on the main to CL on the throw to see if it is a stroker

It appears to be a stock crank. It is stamped 360, CFD, don't recall the long number but I have it written down. Since it is not a stroker, there is more power to be had. It is a 72 block. How much CI can the 360 go and still be streetable with working A/C and no cooling troubles?
