Geeze I have trouble,

Got a 440 in my 73 Rallye car,, it was auto now Im going 833 4 speed. Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I didnt know that crank had to be milled for the pilot bearing  :brickwall:  Anywho,, brewers performance has adapter bearings and you can either cut the input shaft (not sure how much) or drill the crank.  ANY advice is appreciated

I may be wrong but I just did a quick search on the forum. From what I've read you'll need to get the crank drilled. As long as they go deep enough you won't have to shave the input shaft. And that requires the crank be removed.

But, a lot of forged cranks were drilled but not reamed so if yours is forged chances are its drilled and they make a bearing which will fit without issue.

Search pilot bushing or pilot bearing and you'll get quite a few hits.
