Rear Suspension Question

Hey Everyone, quick suspension question. I am wanting to "rebuild" the suspension system as part of the restoration. I see plenty of front suspension rebuild kits out there, but havent come across any rear ones. What components make up the rear suspension of a '68 RT? My knowledge goes about as far as leaf springs and shocks. What else do I need to buy to have the rebuild on the rear done?
