Hello everyone, I'm just wondering how the order of the "Dodge" "Charger" emblems go on the trunk. My car has been repainted once and presently it reads "Charger" as the first emblem and "Dodge" as the second on the trunk lid, is that correct? I want to put them in the place the factory would have had them.

I believe you mean these 2 emblems.  They are 72-4 only and tough to find, new.  The "Dodge" I  believe was used on some Aspens.  Occasionally I see them nos on EBay.
Part numbers are 3613272 (Dodge) and 3680687 (Charger)

Yep, sorry ... you are correct.  I always forget because those were the ONLy ones in 73-4 and there was a variety in 72 what with the S/E, R/T and what not.  Corrected.

Cheers lads, that's exactly what I was looking for. After seeing these pics, I now know my Charger has the emblems on wrong. Is there any easy way to remove these emblems without breaking them? Perhaps little clips on the inside of the trunk lid?

Just gravity checking as both the front fenders have been replaced on my 73.  Is it true that the ONLY emblems on the 73 should be the trunk emblems and there were NO fender emblems?

Thanks.  I keep checking photos online to find an original car, but it is so tough to know for sure.

All stick on.
"Dodge" on the hood.
"Charger" and dart/arrow on the door(s) and "Dodge" & "Charger" as discussed on the trunk lid.
If there are belt mouldings, the door emblems go just above.

The door emblems were even on hardtops?  I know the car was repainted so that is likely what happened to them.  Thanks.

According to the data book, (which is not ALWAYS 100% correct but seems to be consistant here) yes they did.  Only the script though, no arrow.  Check it out in the pictures here:

Thanks!  That site is awesome.  I had seen it before, but really need to spend more time on it.
