I went and bought a motorcycle. Found a great deal on this 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 750. 15,000 miles and kept in a heated underground garage. I bought it from the original owner. Great guy. Picked it up tonight. Can't wait until the weather gets nicer and the streets get cleaned up so i can start riding.

Very nice. :2thumbs: But please don't give me any credit if you crash.

Thanks guys. I am pretty excited. I had a motocross bike when I was a kid and had a Honda that I went riding on State trails with about 10 years ago, but I have never owned a street bike.

Nice bike Jar! :2thumbs:

I have a Vulcan 1500 Classic all dressed up like a HD Roadking (fav model) and have done some major touring. Very reliable and comfortable ride  :yesnod: On one trip we rode 5000 miles in 3 weeks and that bike drove like a champ.  :coolgleamA:

Thanks again.

Ron, sounds like you have a great bike. We will see if I want to get into it even more. This is going to be my commuter to and from work with some rec driving here and there. Gonna go from about 11 mpg in the truck to about 40 mpg. Hopefully the bike will have paid for itself in the first year. :icon_smile_big:
