We talk about the Charger all the time from F&F but I can't recall any discussion about the GTX.  I can't imagine the GTX rolled in the movie was the Strope custom so whatever happened to the clone they rolled?  Where did it come from, anyone know much about it?

Thanks Jackie.  That verifies that they rolled a replica which is no surprise, the real Strope car would be too expensive for almost anyone to purposely destroy.  I can't recall them ever trying to sell the wreck though like they did with the Charger.  Just another Hollywood writeoff I guess?

Your welcome.   I haven't found anything else on it. If I do, I'll post it here.

The 4th F&F movie was full of those kinds of cars.  They showed the "Big Red" 1969 Camaro in the movie briefly.  And remember they also had David Frieburger's "F-bomb" green Camaro at the end.  Of course it wasn't the real F-bomb being bashed up but rather several cosmetic clones.

I don't know about anybody else, but I am sick to death of seeing cool old cars destroyed in movies.
