I got 2 birds in my area still looking like those days.I got a friend whos got a photo album for many car craft etc meets and custom car shows with more stuff like this .Im trying to borrow it to share more bizzare cars

The bird is still wearing that same paint scheme today..While the Daytona is said to be in the shop going back to the original F8.

Yup.they are from here in Quebec.Owned by 2 brothers if I remember right.

Yup, as 65Post said, both the Daytona and Bird belong to brothers who bought them in 80-81 and had them custom painted. The Bird is still looking the same, and is still driven regularly to meets, while the Daytona was stripped a few years ago and is awaiting restoration. Another brother has a 6BBL Roadrunner, 70 Hemi Charger, 70 Coronet R/T covertible, etc... all bought when they were just ''cheap old cars''. They are regular folks, farm-owners, and drive the heck out of their cars. I had a ride in the Bird a couple of summers ago:

Yes that pic is from the ''Convention Chrysler'' in St-Liboire from 2009. You should really come next year, it's getting bigger every year, last year, we had 175 cars on Saturday, 250 on Sunday...

Thanks for pictures you posted of the awesome Superbird paint jobs.  I'm impressed with all of them.  Of course, I'm one who doesn't find anything too outrageous, at least when it comes to the Superbird.
