 Well I am going to get a new shaft made for the Charger with the Dana, 50.96 in., will make it 51 in. center to center. ? is do I  go with 3 inch all the way to the pinion yoke, or neck it down like stock. If I go 3in. all the way, is there a clearance issue in the back. Ft. Wayne Clutch can get a 7290 pinion yoke in 3in., they might have 3.25 dia. tube, but it would be necked down like factory. Right now car is auto but will have a Hemi 4-spd in it later. Any input from this  vast knowlabel site will be greatly appreciated.  , thanks Jeff.
