Confirm your wife will be away for the day, and convert the kitchen stove (complete with exhaust fan) into a mini spray booth :2thumbs:

Turn the oven on for some warmth and spray away :yesnod:

You are a brave sort, you know you could be shot :nana: for doing that. How long have you been married because that might factor in on your punishment   :smilielol: :smilielol:

nice thinking  :2thumbs: i'm stuck at this spot on some of my parts need painted but don't have anywhere heated enough to keep them from frosting

Thanks for the excellent idea. You could turn the oven up to 400 and bake the paint on too. :2thumbs: Let's see, the wife will be gone Monday and Tuesday... :scratchchin:

Word to the wise - overspray goes a lot farther than you might think it does.

Large bathroom or beach towels are good for this job.  They're thick & heavy enough to stop the paint from going through and you can drape them over things that aren't flat & even.

Thanks allot!   Now I feel like an accomplice to a crime.   .......Ain't married life grand?

Oh man I hate to see the intake stainless filters on that fan.......My wife would kill me  :smilielol: Of course though I would never have done this in the first place!

Haha, a lot of those fans just blow back up into the air or to the wall behind the hood unless it's fully vented out the roof.  Might have a nice orange spot hidden back there.

I would never do that, but I think that's a great idea for you to do.   :smilielol:

Forget the wife part, don't YOU make and eat food in that kitchen?

You ever read the back of those paint cans about hazard vapors and cancer causing chemicals. Those are not joke, that stuff will get you sick sprayed indoors.

Its in the garage for me, with a space heater. My health comes first before pretty paint, I wanna live a nice long life and be healthy in my 70's.

Now a stove in the garage just for heat curing paint hey that is a good idea :coolgleamA:
