There have been lots of threads on the old and also here on the new board on first days about that. All "Chargers" outside USA ( With Venezuela and exported ones exception THANKS GOD ) were bassed on A body plattform... Brazil, Aussie like the best examples.

In Brazil they used the 68 Dart body with some modifications, like elongated C pillars and several differences on interior, beside the filler plug on front end to make "Chargers" from 70 up to around 78-80. They all were equipped with 318 engines tuned to use Gasoline with ethanol.

Another A bodies used in Brazil were the 74 and laters Darts to make "Lebarons" to 4 doors models and "Magnums" to 2 doors models for example
