It's 7/16 in diameter, the hole seems to be 5/32. Any ideas?

I've relaced a couple but don't know what they're called. You can get them in several sizes at any hardware store.

The back of my head has the telltale fang marks from that thing as well :icon_smile_blackeye:  Anyway, the actual name is a tinnerman nut.  They are available here. http://www.aaronspushnuts.com/ also OSH has them.
