This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I have seen that before but I have to be honest and say that I saw them installed over top of a 440.  :-\

It was a 66 Coronet I saw them on.  Come to think of it, this past summer I saw a Coronet with a fake Hillborn injector setup installed over carbs.  Is the blower real on the Chevy?

Dual plug heads, too.  ::)

Just dumb. Why pretend? If all ya got is a small-block Chevy, have a small-block Chevy. Nothing wrong with that, they run great and have plenty of respect for what they are without adding dumb No-Go Showboat crap to it.

Agreed... that would be cool. All of the look and none of the cost. except fot the second set of plug wires coming out of the side of the heads.  :shruggy:

bull

So is it supposed to be a 318 Hemi since the wires come from the back?

well, the next time some guy tells you that his uncle used to have a Nova with a 350 Hemi....

I wouldn't mind if it was fake Hemi valvecovers on a 440 in a NASCAR replica or something like that.  Something that is supposed to have a real Hemi as part of the whole image being copied.   And if the owner was open & honest about what's under the covers.

But on a unique personal car?  Just for the sake of lying to bystanders?  Lame.

Hollywood could use some of those phony valvecovers on their Fast & Furious stunt Chargers.

QuoteThese Covers are offered for the Mopar Man that has a Hemi Appetite, but a S.B.C. Budget !!!

Yet the cost of these is $995, and I'm not really sure a real Mopar Man, even a poor one who can drop $995 on worthless parts would be caught dead doing this.
