Had an interesting day on the rig today!  While most people are aware the Drilling Moritorium is lifted the public is not aware that the goverment is not issuing any permits to drill, so in fact rigs are still not working.  We are hanging out in deepwater and functioning our equipment and maintaining our training by functioning our Gear.

We are about 150 miles or so offshore South of New Orleans, had a plane (P46) ditch in the water. Rescued all four occupants with our Fast Rescue Boat.  Should be hitting the Gulf of Mexico Coast news tonight/tomorrow  :icon_smile_big: This was a good day!

It sounds like it got a little exciteing at work. Hopely they will let you start drilling soon.
