The whole movie is 46 seconds long. I didn't see anything other than a finger. Without anything more than that I say not guilty. Sounds like she is giving herself more credit than she is worth.

I saw this story the other night on Inside Edition or somthing like that, turns out the dude was is already a registerd sex offender and is on probation for another charge, and he was violated after this.

This post bothered me in the beginning because of the content.  Now I'm really disturbed because someone has admitted to watching "Inside Edition".

The two points being discussed prior were 1. that it was not a humorous incident, to which Briggs would seem to agree now and when it happened (considering her reaction in the video) and 2. your claims that our reactions were sexist, apparently for not seeing the humor in this video.

I'm glad she did what she did and was able to stand up for herself but I'm still not seeing anything funny about it. And I still don't believe the negative reactions are sexist. At least the guy got what he had coming to him but like I said before, I'd have preferred she give him a swift kick in the ball bag in addition to all the yelling.
