As The Final 2010 Charger is Built, We Review - Briefly - The History Of The 5th Gen Charger
http://www.streetlegaltv.com/news/final-2010-charger-built-a-brief-history-of-the-lx-charger/

Marketed initially towards the Charger-loyals, Dodge soon targeted a new crowd, the career-minded young adult male. The Charger's in-your-face styling, bevy of options and lower price tag over like-marketed machines like BMW's 3-Series and E-Class Mercedes. It took some time to overcome the four-doors of the new Charger, but a fair chunk of Charger purists soon warmed up to the full-size sedan. But by that time, the Dodges were already selling.

Shouldn't it read, "Dodge initially thought it would be a no brainer sell to Charger enthusiasts and quickly discovered they made a huge mistake.  The ensuing panic was lessened somewhat by switching focus to fleet buyers and people in the market for a mid sized family car.  Although many Charger purists still could not get over the four door styling, the affordability and performance made it a favorite with rappers and gangstas everywhere." :nana: :D

When it came to a new "Charger" the Germans:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=screwed%20the%20pooch

1.      Screwed the pooch

Past tense of making a major mistake
"Man, I really screwed the pooch when I talked to my boss while I was drunk last night."

2.    Screwed the Pooch

Another way of saying "blew it" or "messed up".
"You really screwed the pooch on that one dude".

3.    Screwed the pooch

A way in which to describe a mistake or blunder.
"That computer's a lemon, I really screwed the pooch on that deal!"

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

Anybody notice the Germans and Italians have owned this company recently?

Japan next and they can rename the Sedan "Axis"... maybe even have a "Bold as Love" edition?  Anybody up for a mod top?
