1969 Charger Bodyline Fade Out Location on Front Fender...

My Charger 500 is just a few days away from application of the exterior paint, so I am posting this question in the Charger Discussion forum to get a quicker answer... I realize it would be more appropriate in the paint & body section.

The subject has been discussed before according to the search I performed, but I wanted a final discussion to make sure of the correct answer...  The previous threads seemed to place the bodyline fadeout location at about 6-7 inches before the front edge of the fender, but pictures and fenders that I have seen seem to have it at maybe 3-4 inches from the front edge... basically right above the beginning of the recess for the wrap-around end of the bumper.

On the back end the bodyline seems to extend to virtually the end of the quarter panel...

The line starts to fade at about 8 inches and is pretty much gone at 3 to 4 inches from the front edge.

Thanks Brian, that is about what I am seeing.  I was interpreting the earlier threads as saying it was all gone by 7 or so inches from the front edge of the fender...
