Thinking about getting a 71 Duster

I have a chance to get a 71 Duster.  I was thinking about it as a daily driver.  it is a 318 manual 3spd on the floor.  Should get decent milage.  I have a 340 in the garage and it might be nice to find a 4spd and make it a 340 4spd Duster.  What are your thoughts?  I know the 340 I have in the Challenger got worse gas milage than the 383 in the heavier Charger

gas milage??? gas milage??? you live like 1-2 miles from work??? get the car and hve fun allen. be a cool car to run through town in.

Thats what I was thinking I need the gas milage arguement to justify the purchase   I would think even with the 340 it would get better millage than my truck   I can just use the truck for rental property use

i just got hooked up with a 72 charger last weekend. bubble hood and all. if nothing else pops that i like better, should get it next week while im on vacation.
