There's about 130 pictures total, this is the one that I am unfortunately attempting to part with.

Any thoughts? Comments would be appreciated as well. :)

Sorry it's dirty.

Wow! IMO its highly likely that you're not going to find one in that good of condition at a reasonable price in the future. Id hang on to that one if at all possible. :Twocents:

IMO I would sell it. There looks to be a lot of work slowly growing. It is best to get at it now while it is not major. Letting the car sit there for another 5 to 10 years will only make it worse. Who knows if you'll have the funds then to restore it. If you keep it, then you will have to work 2 jobs and bust your ass off to get debt free. Meanwhile your Charger is rotting and the temptation and pressure to work on it will be too much and you'll drive yourself further in debt.

On the other hand, you sell it, pay off your debts, work hard and save your money, then get another Charger when you can afford it  :Twocents:

BTW after doing a lot of searching recently, you may be hard pressed getting your Craigslist asking price (there are cars in better condition for less - just my opinion). Anyway, good luck with it!

Chunks of the torsion bar crossmember are gone due to rust.

Other spots in the frame are severely corroded.

For $20K  I'm pretty sure you're going to have that car for a long time.

Sorry to be a dick, but that car is rough underneath.

Whoa didnt even see those pics the first time!

Have you taken a magnet around the car to check for bondo?

In consideration of those photos that is a quite a bit more work than I originally thought. If you've got the skills to do it yourself though Id still keep it. If not, that's going to be a big cost to have someone fix down the road.

The exposed ends of the frame under the front floorboards are definately toast, but most of the rest I thought felt pretty solid.

There is bondo behind the back wheels down towards the bottom of the quarters, and as you can tell by the pictures, the trunk floor had a number done on it with bondo as well.

This was my grandparent's daily driver, not just a weekend cruiser, otherwise he wouldn't have done that. I gave him a good razzing for it last night after I looked around it better. But I can't blame the guy. They just didn't want it to rust out, so he puttied and painted.

And as far as the $20k asking price, that is indeed outrageous after looking at it underneath and more thoroughly elsewhere. @hotrod, I wish someone would give me $10k for it. Haha

I want this bad boy gone before I change my mind, and the quicker I get out of debt the better.
