Rear Valance Reinforcement Removal

How do I remove the Rear Valance Reinforcement boxes that are on the trunk floor of my 1970 Charger. Without messing up my rear valance

How do I take these out?

There are spotwelds holding them to the rear valance. If you are saving the valance then cut the spotwelds with a spotweld cutter (Blair makes a good one).  Run a piece of sandpaper across the rear flange of the bracket and it'll help you see the original spotwelds.  Break the side welds free with a cut-off wheel.
