Can you put 20 in chrome rims on a 2008 charger without using low profile tires?

I don't believe you'll find a 20" tire that isn't low profile.

 I have a set of those 40" rims on a old farm wagon in the shed! They're made outta wood, and have low profile steel (not steel belted tires) on 'em! I think they're called "conestogas"...
Time to get out the gold spray paint n make some $$ on the east side! -Jason
