When tearing the front suspension down on the chally I came upon a problem with the inner bolt for the UCA. The bolt have
propably rusted dead stuck to the inner bushing/sleeve and with the small distance to the firewall you can't get that much power on the hammer so how do I get rid of it? :scratchchin:

Soak it in WD 40 for a few days and go at it with a breakerbar and and helper pipe.  I use an old piece of metal fence posting that fits perfectly on my breaker bar handle.

The bolt is stuck in the UCA bushing....do you have a blow torch? (to cut up the UCA bushing and chisel the tube off the bolt)  :scratchchin:

Die grinder or air hammer that bolt head off.

I don't see the problem.  The arm's already cut, so just keep cutting.  Cut the arm as short as you can first to give you as much room to get to the bushing.  Cut just inboard of the outer edges of the bushing, and through the bolt.

flip the arm remains up and split the outer and inner sleeve with an air hammer , then just pull the bolt out

soak it with WD-40 and then use a "C" Clamp to drive it out    :2thumbs:

Lots of ways. What do you have to work with?
I'd use a plasma cutter/acetylene cutting torch and cut off the bolt head, washer, and as much of the bolt as I could on both sides without burning the bracket and inner fender. Then carefully pry out the center section.

You could do the same thing with an angle grinder or die grinder/cutoff wheel but it will take a lot longer.
