Does anyone have any production numbers on 69 RT 440 4-speed export cars? I'm curious on the rarity of my rolling shell. I'll list the fender tag and I do have the full broadcast sheet too.

Im sure there was a "master list" somewhere but most of their records of that era were destroyed in a fire (reportedly...)

FWIW I currently have 4 R/T 4-speed export cars in the registry....2-F8 green, 1-B5 blue & 1-Y4 gold.

All these cars have the Y09 code on the fender tag

PS---welcome to the site :cheers:

My former '69 R/T is a Y09 440, 4-speed, T5, C6X.

Most export cars never left the US. If a car was ordered from overseas by a US serviceman, it got tagged as an export car. The 1969 Military Sales order info (8 pages) at this link;
