Chevy trans help

My sons buddy has a 82 z28 with a th200 trans. Drives forward in every gear. park,reverse ( kind or binds), neutral.

Works normal in drive. Parking pawl holds in park.

Most likely the forward clutch is seized up, this will cause the car to drive forward in Neutral and bind up in Reverse because it's in two gears at once. The forwaqrd clutch is used in all forward gears so the operation in Drive will be normal.

Removal and disassembly is the only way to fix the problem.
