Steering coupling rebuild part number interchange

Just passing on some info. as I didn't find it in the search.  The 4443436AC MP rebuild kit  is on a huge back order for places that don't have it.  I did some checking around and found that the Dorman 425-253 is the same kit.  Previously I could only find that MP was the only mfg. and you had to get one from a MP supplier.  But, the Dorman I got from Advance at $7.49 which is cheaper and locally avail.  They got it on their next day delivery so there is no shipping charges either.  Odd thing is that when you go to the Autozone/Advance type parts websites the steering coupling kits do not show up.  Hope it can help someone else rebuilding their coupling.  This was on my 70 RR so I don't know how many years it is the same.
