A Metal Musician...R.I.P.

Yesterday, we lost the front man of my favorite band ever.   Peter Steele, 48, from Type O Negative, died after a long illness and apparent heart failure. Accdording to CBS news, no further details were available pending an autopsy....Rest In Peace!!!   You will be greatly missed!!!   Ace Tyler

Dude, This is such a loss. I am really broken hearted about this. I met Pete a couple of times, what a cool guy. He had a really twisted sense of humor. Type O and Carnivore will and forever be one of my favorite bands. I am going to try and attend his funeral, most likely it will be in Brooklyn. The arrangements haven't been made yet. RIP Peter.

Though a great guy, his art was a bi-product of his tormented soul. The fact he no longer has to fight those demons is the one positive you an find in all this.
