Is this balancer on all the way?

I guess I half expected the front of the balancer to be flush with the front of the crank but there's about an 1/8" gap. I set my torque wrench to 135 ft. lbs. and it clicked when it got to this spot. Is it on far enough? Apparently the bolt bottomed out but I don't know that for sure.

Looks the same as the one on my 440 sitting on the stand.  Might try stacking another washer on the bolt and see if it will run down further, but I doubt it.

that should be good to go - As far as I know they do not go all the way flush
