Only #'s I see are blow the front stop adjustment 2083 , reverse lever 6370 and pat numbers 3216274  3306126. Was in my car when I got it. Thanks

I would say it is probably an aftermarket Hurst - Does it say Hurst Competition Plus on it?

Yes,I think it does.

Then - that is a Hurst non-OE. Probably works better than a Hurst/Chrysler.
