Can a 14x7 Magnum 500 be used with a F70x14 tires?

Or it that too wide. I know the stock is 5.5" and lots of people use 14x6, but not sure if 14x7 was OK too. Asking because getting a great deal on these.

14x7 ''evan though they were not installed on mopars'', just fords, I installed brand new
14x7's with white walls on my wifes 68 RT, most people don't notice them, so they should work great.
