V.I.N. info please.

Is there anybody that can help me find out what info i can get out of my Charger's v.i.n.?  The fendertags were gone from both the Chargers when i bought them. I know that the '69 is an R/T but that's about it. I've already search the internet but i can't seem to figure it out myself...

1968 v.i.n. XP29F8B222449
1969 v.i.n. XS2919B293181

i just bought a 95 convertible that had 1 digit wrong on the title. here in florida i had to pay 3 bucks to get a cop to come out and write the correct vin on a form and take it to the clerks office. i hope your state is easy
